Who operates DropCard AI

DropCard AI is developed and operated by AppAgility Limited, a New Zealand company. Privacy questions or requests: support [at] dropcard [dot] ai.

Our commitment to you

We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose of their own. We don't run ads in DropCard AI, and we never will. Your information is used only to operate your digital business card and show it to the people you choose to share it with.

To actually run the app — hosting, sign-in, and sending emails you request (like a team invite) — we use trusted infrastructure and service providers. They only process your information to provide that service to you, under our instructions, and are never permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What we collect

• When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to set up your account.
• The details you add to your card — your title, company, phone number, social links, and anything else you choose to include.
• If someone saves your card without creating an account, we store the details they optionally choose to leave for you (like their name or email), so you can reach them back.
• Basic usage information (like which features are used) that helps us keep the app reliable.

How we use it

Solely to run DropCard AI for you: displaying your card to people you share it with, keeping your connections up to date, and letting you manage your account. If you turn on the optional AI Voice Intro feature, the text on your card is used to generate an audio clip of you introducing yourself — used only on your own card, for your own use.

Your control

You can edit or remove any of your information at any time, and disconnect from anyone you've connected with. If you'd like your account deleted, we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data — not just deactivate it. See how to request account deletion.

Children's privacy

DropCard AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
