Who operates DropCard AI

DropCard AI is developed and operated by AppAgility Limited, a New Zealand company. Privacy questions or requests: support [at] dropcard [dot] ai.

Our commitment to you

We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose of their own. We don't run ads in DropCard AI, and we never will. Your information is used only to operate your digital business card and show it to the people you choose to share it with.

To actually run the app, we use trusted service providers who only process your information to provide that service to you, under our instructions, and are never permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Google Firebase, for hosting, sign-in, our database, file storage, and analytics.
• Google Gemini and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, which receive your card text only if you turn on AI Voice Intro. Only text is sent — we never record your voice.
• Postmark, for delivering support requests and emails you trigger, such as team invites.

Tracking

We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we don't use your information for advertising.

What we collect

• When you sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email and password, we receive your name and email address to set up your account. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive a private Apple relay address instead of your real one.
• Profile photos and company logos you upload, as well as the profile photo we receive when you sign in.
• The details you add to your card — your title, company, phone number, bio or pitch text, social links, and anything else you choose to include.
• If someone saves your card without creating an account, we store the details they optionally choose to leave for you (like their name or email), so you can reach them back.
• Private notes you add to your saved contacts — visible only to you.
• Approximate location (city or region level), derived from your IP address by our analytics provider. This isn't linked to your identity, and we never access your device's precise location.
• Diagnostic information (app version, build, and browser details), sent only when you submit a support request from inside the app.
• Anonymous, aggregate usage information (like which features are used) and crash reports in our mobile apps (device model, OS version, and what the app was doing when it crashed) that help us find and fix bugs and keep the app reliable. This isn't linked to your individual account.

How we use it

Solely to run DropCard AI for you: displaying your card to people you share it with, keeping your connections up to date, and letting you manage your account. If you turn on the optional AI Voice Intro feature, the text on your card is used to generate an audio clip of you introducing yourself — used only on your own card, for your own use.

Your control

You can edit or remove any of your information at any time, and disconnect from anyone you've connected with. You can delete your account at any time in the app — open the menu, go to Settings, and choose Delete My Account under Account. This permanently deletes your account, your card, your photos, your notes, and your AI Voice Intro — it isn't just deactivation. Children's privacy

DropCard AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
